Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for number renewals.
For balance top-ups, refunds will only be available within the first 7 days following the payment.
Should your original payment method be inaccessible, any resulting losses incurred will not be our responsibility.
Our refund or replacement policy is applicable solely in cases where our provided numbers are non-functional.
All claims for refunds or replacements must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your new number.
Refunds will not be issued beyond 7 days after the number(s) have been received.
If the number has been used to receive any SMS, regrettably, we won't be able to provide a refund or replacement.
